What is Virtual Officing?

A virtual office is not virtual – the only thing that is virtual is your attendance. The concept is of a business centre where resources and costs are shared; all the advantages of your own office yet with none of the commitments associated with a serviced office.

Usual requirements of an office:

• A credible London business address where correspondence can be received or despatched.
• Staff to take incoming telephone calls on your behalf; type letters/reports/quotations; deal with enquiries; prepare presentations etc.
• A place where you can hold meetings/interviews/training - in unbranded premises.
• General administrative support

All these things are housed under one roof here at Flexy Office and as you don’t actually own these resources (you purely rent them as and when they’re needed) the cost to you is minimal - providing a cheap business address alternative.

We have invested heavily in an infrastructure that allows us to be the back office to many companies. They have an allocated team working for them that here at Flexy Office they know on first name terms - the advantage being that they only pay for the services they need.
