How will Flexy Office identify any incoming calls for my business?

Our state of the art telephonic equipment enables our experienced operators to identify a call's recipient prior to the connection being accepted. In addition to identifying the intended recipient, our system will provide the operator with relevant information scripted to your exact specification.

Can I add my own FAQ’s for your operators to answer?

As a Virtual Office provider, we understand that no two businesses are alike. Dedicated to delivering solutions that closely reflect the services you offer your clients, we will work with you to identify and deliver the information which you wish to deliver to clients.

If I bring clients to your meeting room/boardroom will they know that it isn't my office?

Our premises are totally unbranded and create a credible impression of a busy office environment. We work on ‘first-name’ terms; the receptionist will recognise you and address you by name. Impression is everything, and at Flexy Office our focus is upon developing the idea that your business is resident in Canary Wharf.

How long does it take to set the service up?

We generally operate a same day service that will enable you to use the address and be issued with your own designated telephone number. Our team will work with you to create a personal greeting as per your instructions.

How long does my contract need to be?

We do not operate a contract system and charge no set up fees whatsoever. We merely ask for one month’s deposit in advance, plus the first month’s service charge. We require 30 days notice of cancellation (deposit refundable on cancellation).

Can I have more than one telephone number?

No problem – you can have as many numbers as you wish.

Can I get help with setting up an e-mail service?

Yes. You can have an e-mail address based on your business name set up on the same day.
